The Week Ahead

Next week, we have meets on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. With such a busy week, it will be very important that our athletes are eating properly, drinking plenty of fluids, and getting good sleep! Friday will be our “blackout”. Athletes are encouraged to wear as much black as possible to practice! Athletes will need to arrive at Herget for Saturday’s “Run The Plank Invitational” at 7:10. Nagging injuries are starting to creep up. Please make sure you are communicating any discomfort with us, so we can adjust accordingly. Our first invitational is Saturday, so hopefully we can start to bring home some hardware!! Go Huskies #runhxc #beelite
