Great Start To The Season!

Hello HXC community! Last Friday was a great first meet of the season! We had a total of 32 personal bests that included 3 school records. Ella Henrey set the 6th grade girls school record in the 800 (2:38) and the 1600 (5:44). Josslin Scull also set the 8th grade girls record in the 1600 (5:40), and she just missed the 800 record by one second with a 2:32. 7th grader Lauren Hasty just missed two records with her 800 time of 2:35 and 1600 time of 5:41. On the boys side, 6th grader Brock Beatus was 10 seconds off the 1600 record with a time of 6:00, and Nate Hodge missed the 800 record by 2 seconds with a time of 2:43. With great weather this week, hopefully we will see some more records going down and PR’s being put up!
